Estimated/Actual Overlay?

Hey Guys

I've got a project where I'd like to have an estimated vs actual chart
and don't know how to achieve some kind of overlay/layer, do you have
any suggestions?

Many thanks

Dave

Use one of the baseline fields. You can then choose to display them on
the Gantt chart.

Hi Dave,

First, save a baseline for your file through Tools > Tracking, Save
baseline. If you then display the Tracking Gantt view, you'll see
bars for Baseline and for current data. The baseline bar is drawn
from Baseline Start to Baseline Finish. The current bar is drawn
from Start (or Actual Start) to Finish (or Actual Finish). You can
also see variance calculated in the Variance table (start/finish
variance), the Work table (Work variance), the Cost table (Cost
variance). If you wish to create a graph in Excel, you can export
data from Project.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
