EULA Question

Keith

Does anyone know if the EULA for Office 2003 Pro (Enterprise) allows a
member of staff who uses this at work to also install on his home PC
(neither to be used at the same time)?

I just wondered if anyone had a quick answer to save me reading through the
EULA :)

Thanks

The only authoritative answer is to read the EULA that your organisation
agreed with Microsoft or the distributor. See in an Office application,
the Help/About for quick access.

For what it's worth, the EULA I agreed with Microsoft, Paragraph 1.1b
suggest what you want to do is not viable. (took me about 5 seconds to
find this).

Check with your IT department--or whoever signed the puchase/licensing
agreement with Microsoft or the distributor.

Hope this is useful to you. Let us know.

As other products u can insatall Office onlly in one machine (for a second PC you need to buy a second license:))

Not true, you are allowed to install on two PCs (specifically a desktop
and a laptop) that you own.
