EULA Won't go away

Just installed Office 2003 Pro ON A brand new machine.
The EULA keeps popping up on startup of each program,
even after accepting. The program is activated but not
registered. Any suggestions?

In Office XP you had to accept the EULA whilst you are logged in as
Administrator or user with such rights. I think it is still the same in
Office 2003. Limited users can't accept the EULA.
