Hello,
I responsible for 117 project , from the 16 department of a company that
they give me their report end of month.of course the number of project of
any department are difference.
I want to know,how can I evalutae these all in one graph,
what do think which parameter help me to assesment these project?
Any help would be appreciat.

Farnaz,
It all depends on what you need or want to know. It is also dependent on
what is in the reports given to you by the various departments. Project
has many parameters that can be used to indicate or measure progress. In
a simple schedule, where cost and resources are not of interest, the %
Complete field is probably the best measure. In other words, how are
tasks progressing within their estimated duration. Also, was a baseline
set? If so, the SV field will show how progress on tasks compares to the
original baseline. If resources are assigned and cost is of concern
there is a wide range of measurement parameters. For example, does your
company used earned value. If so, the earned value metrics (BCWS, BCWP,
ACWP and CPI) can give a good indication of how well things are going.
