Everyday I get the same Emails; no Email newer than October, 30th;error number 0x800CCC0F

Since October, 30, I get the same Emails everytime I start Outlook Express.
My Norton AntiVirus is working, it checks the incoming Emails, and after
about 5 Minutes I get the message "The Server has finished the connection.
Perhaps it is a server-problem or the time-limit is expired...; error-number
0x800CCC0F".
