examples of new hospital IT project plan

We are building a new hospital and are transitioning out of the old hospital.
As IT project manager, are there any examples of IT infrastructure project
plans.

Have you looked at the templates that are usually installed with
Project? I believe there is an infrastructure deployment template
included.
