exceeding email

I received a 450 error message stating I exceeded the
maximum number of emails sent per hour. I'm sending to a
1000 people on my Outlook distribution list. How do I
adjust this?

It's not Outlook setting the limit; it's your ISP. Contact them and ask
what the limit is.
