Excel 2002 Send to Function

Hello, I am trying to send a worksheet from Excel to
Lotus Notes and getting the following error.
"Microsoft Excel has encountered a problem and needs to
close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." Does anyone
know how to correct this problem.
