Hi,

I don't have a file with this type of data but first question is - is that
the display or what is shown on the formula bar?

Suggestion, on the last step of the Import Wizard select the field in the
preview pane and click the Text option.

The best you'll do an an Excel time is 3 decimal places so formatted as
h:mm:ss.000 that's 0:00:00.007

If you want 0:00:00.0068 you'll have to read the data in as text (use Data/
Import External Data).
