Excel 2007: 3-D Pie Chart bug?

I have found a very easy to reproduce bug in Excel 2007. I'm a bit
surprised I haven't seen anything about it in this group but I'll do
my best to describe it.

Create a new spreadsheet and enter three numbers: 25, 75, 0
Select the three numbers and click the Insert tab and select a simple
2-D pie chart. You should now see a pie chart with a small blue
segment, a larger red segment and no green segment. This is correct
since the green segment is zero and it has no size.

Use the mouse to select the pie chart graphic and all it's segments.
Click on the center of the pie chart. Select the Format tab and click
the Shape Effects button. Click on the first item in the Presets
list. Look at the pie chart. Instead of blue and red it is
completely green. Somehow the zero segment is now being drawn as
100%. If you click on the pie chart again you can still select the
correct segments beneath it although they aren't visible.

I've installed Service Pack 1 for Office 2007 but the problem is still
present. Any ideas?
