Dear Allen,

My Excel programme is not starting up lately. I get an
error message that EXCEL caused a fault of a invalid page
in the group EXCEL.EXE on 017f3003ee49, etc::

Please note the presently I can only get access to Excel
documents by the Excel viewer, but the Excel programme
does run whilst my computer is in safety mode. I also
note that I have an error message on startng the system
that there is a missing .DLL file: MSVCR70.DLL.

I have done the maximum to clean the registry. I have run
the anti-virus and the system is clean.

Any suggestions to get the system going in normal mode?
