Excel COM AddIn Template

Hi All.
I am looking to download an Excel COM AddIn template from the web. My goal
is to write addins for Excel using VB.NET, but I am having trouble
understanding the basics of COM addin creation using .NET. The MS site is
useful, but I am still having problems creating an addin. Any site location
would be greatly appreciated.
