EXCEL counting calculations

I have a very large spreadsheet containing dates and values. In column A are
dates, not in sequence and a number which are duplicated. I need a
calcualtion that looks for a value in column H and then counts the actual
number of days in column A, taking the duplicated days i.e. 01/01/02 as only
1 day.

Hi!

Try this:

=SUMPRODUCT((A2:A100<>"")/COUNTIF(A2:A100,A2:A100&"")*
(H2:H100="whatever"))

Replace "whatever" with the appropriate value!

Isn't this the same problem that you posted in two other messages with
different subject lines? If so, that really isn't necessary.
