Is there a way that you can import the structure of a form in Excel to an
Access form?

I am not sure I completely understand your question. If you are just trying
to get a table in your Access forms then yes you can do this through several
methods the easiest likely being either the form wizard or Autoform :
Datasheet. If this doesn't answer your question please post more about what
you are trying to maintain in the structure.
