Excel: Formatting Problem

why does Excel limit the formatting of text and numbers
on a spreadsheet. I keep getting "too many formatted
cells" and I can no longer format cells.

Why is there not unlimited formatting?

Whats the use of having formatting in a spreadsheet, when
you can't use it?

Come on Microsoft...you got to do better than this!!!

The million of dollars Microsoft earns off this
spreadsheet program...and there's a limit on Excel
formatting...

Give me an answer or solution...

I never had this problem..."back in the day" when I was
using Lotus spreadsheet!!!

Give me an answer!!! Better yet a solution!!!
