Excel 'loosing' comments - ????

G'day guys - I use Excel:Mac 2001. I have a 2 sheet 4mb file.
Nothing complex. I enter comments to cells, save the doc & all is
fine. Then Excel will choose at random to loose some comments
entirely - they just disappear! Many remain.


Anyone seen this before or know a work around???

Hi

I can think of 2 possible things to try...

Raise Excel's preferred memory setting using Get Info. You might be running
out of RAM just enough to cause the problem.

Rebuild the desktop file.
