Excel Query with new server

Hi,

We have a large number of users who have created querys within Excel which
query against a SQL database. We wish to decommission this server and move
the databases to a new SQL server however the Querys seem to have cached the
server connection information adn there is no obvious way to point them to a
new server.

Any ideas?

Did you try editing the query in MS Query and going to File/Table
Definition?

If that doesn't do it then you may want to ask in one of the Excel
newsgroups since that's where the Excel gurus tend to hang out.
