Hi --
I have an HP IPAQ 1910 and have been using an Excel spreadsheet for 3+
years w/ no problem. Then I started using password protection on the
IPAQ and the pda no longer syncs Excel. (Other apps continue to sync,
however). Manual copying doesn't work either: you get the Excel icon
but the file is too small and there's a message in the file that says
it's just a placeholder for an unsupported sheet type.
Don't know if password protection is involved, but the new behavior
followed the change.
I deleted password protection, changed from ActiveSync 4.0 to A/S 3.8
and the problem still persists.
Does anyone have an idea what's going on and wat I can do about it?
