Excel Warning

Could someone please tell me what this warning means? and how i get
around it?

"The server drafts location you entered for editing is not valid or
you do not have permission to access that location. Specify a
location on your local comuter"

It wouild seem i have to set a location for drafts (is that like a
temp folder>), but I dont know where to do that.
