I need to sort the following field [C092404-41.42-O091904 but only the 1st 7
characters. The field is made up of the letter C indicating I have closed a
game and will always be there and the remainging 6 characters is a date that
a have closed a game.

Add a column with a formula =RIGHT(A1,7) and copy down. Then sort both
columns by that new column
