I down loaded a brokerage statement to xls, it apperared properly but wanted
me to rename it. After renaming per the directions, # characters, No *?<>
etc. That same paragraph keeps apperaring and I can't close the program.
HELP!!!!!!!!!!

CTRL+ALT+DELETE will bring up the task manager and at least you can stop the
program.
