We presently have email addresses through our ISP that read initails@company name.com. We also are running Microsoft exchange. When someone sends an email to an individual outside our company it is delivered. If that person replies to that email we receive it ok
The problem exists when someone in our organization sends an email outside our company and copies one or more people within our organization. The person receiving the email "replies to all" and the email gets back to the person that sent it but the people that it was copied to do not get there’s. The reply address on the email is correct for the person that sent it but the copied people’s address is the one in our MIcrosoft Exchange. Is there a setting that is screwed up or is it because we are on exchange and outside email? Can this be fixed of should we look at dumping exchange? We need some help here
Thanks In Advanc
