Exchange Server Unavailable

I am unable to send emails due to not being able to sign in to an Microsoft
Exchange Server. At sign on, I am asked for a Post Office server. What is
the correct path or Network location to my Microsoft Mail postoffice? What
is my Mail box? Houston, TX
