Excluing objects from a document

Is there an easy way to brouse through the objects of a document. I know that
is possible to do this by pressing the tab key, but it will not work if you
delete the objects. I tryed searching, but it found only tables.

What version of Word what type of graphics/objects?
Are the items set as 'inline with text' or another wrapping style?

I'm assuming you're saying that the tab-to feature doesn't continue when you have deleted an item, rather than it doesn't find
deleted objects <g>.

You could add a text box with a special codeword to each object and by
setting the line colour to 'no color' and the text to white you wouldn't see
it but you could use it to 'find' your objects

The version I'm use is 2003 and the graphics in purpose are text frames. They
are set as "over the text". I tried to use the search box to find each
picture I intended to delete but by having selected the option "graphic
element", I found only tables.
