Execute a macro after excel has been opened?

How do I write a macro to execute after excel has been
open for a predetermined amount of time. What I want do is
print, save and close a spreadsheet after five minutes.
This will allow my DDE links to be fully updated.

Kenneth,

Look up OnTime in Help, this will allow you to run a procedure after a set
time. If you put some code in the Workbook_Open event, that will achieve
what you want.

I'm not having any luck with what you posted? When I look
up OnTime in excel help I get no hits!
