EXMAP.EXE for Mapping Exchange

I can not get this program to work on Visio 2002 SR1.

I get and error of: "Failed to Load 'SSTab' from
Tabctl32.ocx. Your Version of Tabctl32.ocx may be
outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the
control that was provided with your application."

This is a new install of Visio on this desktop.

Does anyone know the Answer?
