Expanding component diagrams

Hello,

I was wondering if it is possible to do the following in Visio 2007 Pro.

I want to be able to create a component or a subsystem diagram. The
component or subsystem should display the names of the classes it contains.
Then I would like to be able to open a component or subsystem and it would
open up as a class diagram of the classes in the component.

Is this possible ?

If I understand, you want to create a series of drill down drawings with a
high level drawing as your beginning. One approach might be to just have a
list of text boxes with hyperlinks to the appropriate pages. John Marshall
has an example piece of code on his site (visio.mvps.org) that automates the
creation of a table of contents that does a similar type of thing (granted
it's a table of contents).
