expanding menus?

How do I get rid of the expanind menu thing? It gets really annoying
sometimes, I want to see all my option right away without having to goto the
expand menu thing at the bottom of it.

Depends which application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and which version
(2000, 2002/XP, 2003, etc.) you're using. If you tell us, we'll tell you.

From the Menu, Select Tools > Customize
On the Toolbars tab ...
Check "Always show Full Menus"
