I'm creating a specific ruleset for Outlook. I am
experiencing issues with regards to naming criteria. The
From field is sometimes populated by the Exchange display
name and other times by the explicit mailing address when
mail arrives. However, when one creates a ruleset and
inputs a specific address into ruleset, Outlook converts
this based on the address book into the Exchange display
name. As such it appears to be impossible to filter mail
by both its Display name and the originating email address
cleanly (without grepping the entire message header for
the target email address). Is there a way to input an
explicit email address into a rule targeting the "from"
field?
