Explorer opening view size

aAbout a week ago every time I open Explorer it opens in a small view size.
No matter what I do after I close explorer it alweys goes back to a small
size view. How can I have explorer always open in full size??

Most applications in Windows it will open at the same "windowed" size
they were closed at last. DO NOT click the Maximize button, but simply
drag the window edges to the desired size and then close it.
