Explorer Search wants to install Visio

Everytime I do a search in windows Explorer I get prompted to install Visio
2K.

Has anyone seen this?

Any ideas what is wrong? I never installed Visio. I have heard of another
person who had the problem that every time they ran Access runtime it wanted
to install Visio.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
