Export & Import Outlook Express Messages

I got a new pc and would like to export all my messages
from the old pc and import them into the new pc. It says
that it will export to either Outlook or Exchange.
Outlook I guess is fine, but where does it put the file
and what is the name so I can copy it to disk and import
to new pc?

If those groups aren't carried on the news server that's carrying this group
try using msnews.microsoft.com (MS's public news server that's the source
for all the microsoft.public newsgroups). The links under the newsgroup
references are for use with MS's web newsreader (not exactly the best way to
post but it works for some people)

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
