Export of Calendar data as a delegate or public folders export

C

Charles Root

We have need to export calendar data in to a CSV. The question is, is there
any way for a delegate to export this data, or does only the owner of the
calendar have this ability.

This would be the same question for a Public Calendar. Is it possible to
export the data in a public calendar in to a CSV file through Outlook

Thank you in advance

Charles

Assuming it failed when you tried, if you need it in CSV format, you can
create a view and copy and paste the data into a text file.

Well when I open up my bosses calendar as an Editor, I can do anything I
want, but of course when I click on FILE --> Import Export --> Export As a
File, etc, etc, Outlook is only looking at my list of folders on my machine,
not my bosses Calendar that I have opened as a delegate. As far as public
folders they don't even show up in the list of folders that can be exported.

Is there a security setting I need to change on the Exchange Server?

I don't think its permissions - you can only export from local folders.

Darn, that's what I was afraid of that there is no way to export data from
Outlook as a delegate (except your own of course)

There's probably some way to grab it off the Exchange Server, but not
through Outlook.

Thanks
