Export of Calendar Items

I'm looking for an automated way (or program) that will export my
upcoming calendar events to an Access file or an XML file.

My intention is to show upcoming events on my personal Intranet page
by reading the Access or XML file.

If I could do this on the command line I could setup a task to run
every x minutes, but I found nothing that showed me I could do that. I
haven't been able to find any software to do an automated export
either.

Any ideas??
