Export Outlook 2003

Hi

Does anyone know how to export email, addressbook, message rules, email
folders (basically everything in Outlook) because I want to format my
harddisk and reinstall everything. Pls help.

Can anyone tell me where to locate outlook email folder and addressbook. I
know where to locate for outlook express but not outlook. thanks

Search for *.pst files, they may be hidden, and copy to cd or wherever

Hi

I copied the *.pst file and another .dat file to my computer which I'd
reformat my hard disk. I have 2 problems. Everything is there but when I
click on the Addressbook, it has error that cannot locate the file. However,
I click on Contacts on the left hand menu, all the email address are there.

The other is the email account which is not imported, I've to enter email
account again.

Pls help. Thanks.

You need to configure your Outlook Address Book.

You cannot import mail account information.
