export project views to powerpoint and word

I have a gantt chart view and a network diagram in microsoft project which I
would like to display on a powerpoint slide(s) and include in a microsoft
word document.

does anyone know how I can do this????

Two ways I know of. First is to use any screen capture software (I
like MWSnap, but if you like to spend money, Grabit works too) to make
picture of your Gantt and your Network Diagram. The other is to get a
program that will create a pdf file from your Project file. You could
use Adobe Writer or there are freeware programs out there that will do
the same thing.
