exported contacts as pst how do i get it back?

[moi thats french for me]

I exported - as it said on the microsoft site - my contacts to a .pst file.
I then reformatted my hard drive put everything back on, but now i cant seem
to get my contacts back. Does anyone know how to convert my .pst contacts
back so i can see them on outlook in my contacts

Use File | Open | Outlook Data File in Outlook.
