exporting act 2000 to outlook

i just bought the new samsung i700 and am trying to synchronize my calander and contact information from act 2000. it seems to only accept outlook so i tried to export my files but it only allows earlier versions. then i tried to same my act file as an earlier version but was unable to doi it. ay suggestions?
