Exporting contacts: no files appear

D

Dan

I have MS Office XP Pro with Outlook 2002. When I try to export contacts in
CVS (windows) format, I get to the step:
"Select folder to export from", but no folders or files appear in the box.
What could be the problem?

Not enough information to say.
Are all importers and exporters installed?
What information store are you using?
What steps are you using?

Dan

I am not sure if all are installed. How would I verify this?
I do not know shat you mean by information store.
The steps:
File > Import and Export > Export to a file > Comma Seperated Values
(windows) > (At this step, no list of files appears).
Thanks,
Dan

Use the Office Maintenance Wizard to see which Outlook features are
installed.
Information store means where your Outlook Data resides: a local PST file or
an Exchange mailbox.

I cannot locate the Office Maintenance Wizard.
The data resides in a local PST file

It's in Control Panel > Add/Remove or on the Office CD.
