Exporting - Importing - Printing problem

I'm creating a product catalog consisting of two parts: some general
presentation pages and the product datasheets. At this moment, both
parts are finished and were done with Microsoft Publisher 2003.

The general document contains masters with page numbers and I would
like to import the datasheets into it in order to make a unique file
to be printed.

The problem is If I copy/paste the datasheets into it, some formats
are lost and styles get mixed with the document ones.

I found out the perfect solution for me would be to export a JPG/EPS
file format and import it as image file again in the main catalog (one
page per file). Tha would prevent any accidental modifications. But in
this case I found out I can't export images with more than 300 dpi,
which are not enough for printing.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to handle this problem?
Thanks a lot for your help

Hello Mary, thanks for your reply.

The datasheet contains Arial text size 8pt. By exporting it in JPG
300dpi the result is not smooth and it looks very different from
normal text as if it was typed directly into Publisher. To explain
myself, in a graphic software I would choose "Anti-Alias" to correct
such an output.

My final goal is to print High Quality PDF to give to the prints
(paper).
