exporting internet mail settings

I have a small office with 12 users. I'm upgrading all
PCs and need to export/import Outlook files. I understand
how to export/import the PST file, but would like to
export/import the internet email settings so that the
users don't have setup the pop3 settings again when
logging on to the new computers. I see the option to
import the email settngs, but don't know how to export the
original file or where this info is stored. Same problem
with signature files.

Tools-Accounts, highlight the account, click "Export"

Thanks, but unfortunately that's not a solution that will
work for me. I'm running Microsoft Outlook 2002
10.2627.2625. I click Tools and see Email Accounts. My
option at that point is to view or change exiting accounts
(or add, which I don't need to do). The next screen just
allows me to change, add or remove. There is not an
export option.
