exporting to outlook express

what is the best way to export messages from outlook to
outlook express? The address book exports wiithout much of
a problem but, the messages don't seem to work.

You're better of IMPORTING the messages from within
Outlook Express.

FILE > IMPORT > MESSAGES > MICROSOFT OUTLOOK

That should do it.
