Exporting to Outlook

Does anyone know how I can export some names and addresses
I entered into Access (through mail merge in Word)to my
Outlook Contacts. Any help would certainly be appreciated.

Go to your Outlook Contacts folder, File, Import and
Export, select Import from another Program or file, Select
Microsoft Access, insert the file path of your Access file.
You can then map the fields appropriately.
Hope this is a help.

I have done this very successfully but I would like to
know if there is any way to automatically update the
Outlook folder when the Database is updated or changed.
