Exporting User-Defined Fields in Folder to another user

I have created about 25 user-defined fields in my contacts. I have also
created three customized views to support viewing this data. I need to
provide the same user-defined fields and customised views to three other
Outlook 2000 users. I am currently looking at manuualy recreating all the
fields and views. Can anyone suggest an electronic solution?
