external speaker with receiver

Is there a portable speaker with an internal receiver so
when I play a video through my LCD projector and my
laptop with PowerPoint to increase the volume on the
video?
I hook the vcr to the LCD projector and my laptop.

We have some little portable speakers we hook to our laptop for video (when
it has audio). Is that what you're after?

Oooh, and I saw this really cool set the other day that looked like a CD
case. Just a slim little thing that hooked to the laptop via USB.
