Extra sheet when printing

I have a client who has just installed the Office. When
she does Help - About - in Word it say Word 2002

She is telling me that it prints an extra page when she
prints a letter. I think she has an HP 6L but she has had
that a long time and she used to have Office 97.

Is there a setting to prevent this or is she just not
seeing something that is on the second page?

Thanks

Its possible that she accidently creates a second page when creates a
document. Review your documents first before print.

Chances are that the second page is not "blank" but has invisible content.

Tell her to click on the paragraph marker (pillcrow) on the standard toolbar
(next to the zoom setting). She may see blank paragraphs on the second page.
