Extract Powerpoint to WORD

I need help.

Is it possible to extract a powerpoint presentation to WORD without losign
any of the formatting? Is so, how?

Jim,

Have you tried opening the presentation in powerpoint,
going to the "file" menu and choosing "Send to Word" ?
