Extracting numbers only

Hi, I have a small problem here. I would like to extract only th
numbers from this sentence(the brackets is part of the sentence). Ho
can I go abt it from excel? Thank you very much!

if it is in cell A1, you can use the following:

=MID(A1,12,2)

if you're wanting to make that dynamic, well it's going to get -a lot
more difficult.
