Failed But Not Blocking Correlation Error

MSP2k7 SP1 and Hotfix
I have a master project with several sub projects that get an error in the
queue of Failed But Not Blocking Correlation in Job Type Reporting (Project
Publish) status 0%. Tried to republish and got a few of the projects at 90%
and 95% on the save job and the others are projects are waiting to be saved.
Tried to save and publish angain and the jobs are waiting to be processed. I
think I understand that the Failed But Not Blocking Correlation in Job Type
Reporting (Project Publish) is in history. What do I do with the jobs stuck
at 90% and 95% saved? How do I get the queue flowing again??

Found the fix....Thru the SQL DB errors. The hard drive was full.

Failing due to several reasons. Please try to find the error code
that the failed job showing up. You can find the error codes and the
