Failure to get into Out of office assistant

On one mailbox on a 5.5 server a user gets an error
message when trying to get into the out of offce
assistant. It says "Your AutoReply message could not be
displayed. You do not have sufficient permission to
perform this operation on this object. See the folder
contact or your system administrator." They can get into
all other folders and have no other problems. Trying to
access it as an exchange administrator produces the same
error so it doesn't seem like a permission problem unless
no one has permisions.
